Ruzzini Palace Hotel stands in the heart of Venice, inside a sixteenth-century palace shaped by centuries of history, beauty, and transformation. These ancient walls have long been a stage for the highest expressions of human creativity — and today they become the setting for a dialogue between past and present, between the timeless soul of the city and the vitality of contemporary art.
Today, the works of Alberto Zampieri inhabit the spaces of the palace with striking naturalness. His artistic practice moves fluidly between painting, sculpture, installation, and performance, transforming materials — marble, pigment, velvet, and tactile surfaces — into gateways to dreamlike worlds. Born in 1970 and trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, Zampieri has developed an artistic language suspended between vision, memory, and imagination.
